good days write your recipes
fuel doesn’t keep overnight — spend it where tomorrow will feel it
Everyone feels all of this. Prime is how fast you come back.
mechanism
Energy is capacity showing up: sleep, food, movement and a clear head landed at the same time. It is the rarest state to log because it feels like normal functioning rather than an event — and that is precisely why its causes stay unknown. Logged a few times, it stops being luck and becomes a recipe.
not to confuse with
excited: energy aimed at something specific ahead · restless: charge with no target and some discomfort · proud: about a result, not about capacity · good: fine, but without the fuel
in the body
light body, steady attention, work starting without negotiation, appetite and breathing even
feel it
Take thirty seconds to notice it before spending it all. This state is data: what produced it is repeatable, and knowing that is worth more than the day itself.
what to do
Aim it at the thing that is hardest to start from a flat state — the task you keep postponing. Then log the causes: hours of sleep, movement, what you ate, what you finished yesterday.
don't
do not spend it entirely on easy tasks — this is the state for the hard one · do not overload the day because you feel capable now · do not skip logging the causes
if you do nothing
The day gets consumed by whatever was in front of you and the recipe stays unknown. Energy keeps looking like weather rather than something you can arrange, so on flat days there is nothing to reproduce.
after
three logged energized days usually reveal the same two causes — that is your recipe · what you spent it on is worth checking: easy tasks eat the state without paying it back
